- Are your products suitable to use on my newborn infant?

Yes! -all of our products are suitable for the whole family, as we have carefully selected ingredients that are friendly to everyone.

-Are your products all organic?

 Yes-  we can assure you, all of our ingredients used to create our final products are organically sourced, natural and free from any chemical nasties.

- I am vegan, are your products vegan friendly?

Absolutely! All of our products are 100% vegan and vegetarian friendly and have been specifically created to be used by everyone. 

- I have allergies, can I use your products?

We would advise you to check the ingredients prior to use, and anything you are unsure of please seek advice from a qualified medical doctor.

-What is your return policy?

We have a 7 day refunds and returns policy, which means from the day of shipment you have seven working days to return your order. The products must be unopened, unused and not tampered with in any way. Upon receiving the product and after an inspection, a refund will be issued. If there is any defect with the product then, no refund will be made to the customer.

 -How long till I receive my order?

We ship all orders using Royal Mails first class service, which means you should receive your order the following working day, this is an estimate from Royal Mail so please allow 1-2 days before contacting us. All orders are sent out by 3pm Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 3pm will be sent the next working day, and orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on the following Monday. If there is any issue with your order please contact us.

 -Do you take wholesale orders?

At this moment this is not something we are offering, but we have plans of doing so in the future, please contact us for any queries.

 

-When will I receive a reply for my query?

We aim to respond to all queries on our website and across our social media within 24 hours.

 

-My order is damaged, what should I do?

During transportation to the customer, in unfortunate circumstances the product may become damaged. This is something completely out of our hands, and no refund will be issued to the customer.
